Dean is a respected Customer Service IT Professional, Quality Assurance Test Analyst, Senior Programmer Analyst, Technical Thought Leader who has over forty years' experience using high energy and social skills to partner with customers to help them resolve technical and administrative issues with focus on striving to exceed objectives to help drive greater customer satisfaction.
