I really appreciate what you have done to get my laptop working again and updating the Kodi. I watched your three minute video skit posted on a Kijiji Ad. That gave me plenty of info on yourself and your capabilities. I found you to be thorough, concise and straight up honest.

After picking up my laptop, I came home and set up my laptop with my tv. Watched a movie in 720HD. Most of the movies are in 720HD where before I might be able to get one out of ten in 720HD and the rest were SD. I would certainly recommend you.

Hey Dean,

I am just emailing to say how much I appreciate all of your help
with math.   It really helped me and it REALLY paid off in the end.

I got my exam marks back today.  For my math exam I received an 80%.  I was so overjoyed
with that mark because it bumped my term mark up by 8 to 9 points.  So my
final term mark for math is 76%.  This mark makes me eligible for honors
and/or high honors.

My name is Allan MacLaughlin.  I am a self employed training consultant.  Computers are an important tool in my work.

I met Dean Anderson through a mutual friend.  I had been exploring a mechanism for backing up files.  I had numerous precious photos & important files stored on my hard drive.

I contacted Dean.   Within a day, Dean arrived at my home & examined my system.   The literature indicated that my computer did not have sufficient memory to support the operation of a CD burner.
Dean however was successful in having a CD Burner function on my system.    We successfully backed up my files on CD’s.   It was a good feeling to have my files finally secured.

Dean has been at my home on three occasions.   Dean has demonstrated the competency to troubleshoot/rectify home computer hardware/software problems.  I have also communicated with him via e-mail & telephone.   My experience has been positive.  He is able to troubleshoot/remedy problems effectively & efficiently.  I have been satisfied with the bang for my buck.   He has the ability to communicate in layman’s terms.  He returns e-mails/phone message promptly.
